Favorite books

I was thinking about this today, what were some of my books that I really enjoyed reading when I was growing up and there is a couple that I think about quite a bit. One being Charlotte's Web by E.B. White, I don't know how many times I've read that book and I loved every minute of it, about a sweet little pig named Wilbur who was the runt of the litter and was saved numerous times from being slaughtered by a spider named Charlotte, Charlotte wrote messages in her web like Some Pig, Terrific, radiant, and Humble, these messages persuaded the farmer not to kill Wilbur, and it made Wilbur famous. My favorite would have to be Templeton, a funny gluttonous, rat who was more than willing to help out for a price of food, he would go out and find the words for Charlotte to use. Oh the good ole memories, another book I was thinking about and can never seem to find any more is a book called Magic Elizabeth by Norma Kassirer, oh my gosh, I love this story, my grand mother had a copy of it at her house long time ago and I was immediately hooked. It's a story of a little girl named Sally who goes to visit her scary Aunt Sarah and cat named Shadow for the summer and is immediately drawn into a mystery when she sees a portrait of another little girl and her doll hanging on her aunt's wall. The mystery begins when she finds an old mirror up in the attic and starts seeing these images of the little girl who is also named Sally playing her doll, I won't go into it more that would ruin the mystery of the book, if you ever find it I highly recommend it for you or your child.

Okay when I saw this I am automatically thinking WTF!!!!! Apparently our children are less important than pot smokers/growers whatever. What the F@!$ is wrong with this government? Pedophiles should be punished more severely, especially when it comes to harming our children, My Children's safety is more important than hearing about a pot grower. I mean come on Harper, you dumb ass, think about what you are doing? Do you not think that ass wipes like pedophiles deserve more harsher sentences to keep them off our streets, do you not think that once they get out, they won't do it again...hahaha big fricking joke. Pedophiles Destroy lives, Children have to live with it the rest of their lives, the night mares, the counselling, the trust issues, We have life long sentences. Pedophiles deserve the same

MY Autistic Daughter

My Daughter is 13 and the joy of my life. Ever since she was diagnosed with PDD-Nos 3 years ago, she has taught me so much, Patience, Tolerance, Love, and what it means to be a child like her. Of course there are some negative things as well; She wants to be independent; but doesn't have the skills of being safe as much as she thinks she does. There are some characteristics of her that are those of a much younger child of about 5-6 yrs of age and I worry about her. So if there is any ways of her being independent, there is a lot of work to do with her. I will protect her for as long as I can.
 For the first 10 years of her life, I always knew something was wrong with her, but the damn doctor always told me otherwise, oh she'll grow out of it, some kids are just like that, blah blah blah...right, and then we finally got referred to a decent pediatrician and a new doctor and things finally started falling in to place, tests were being done, answers were being made and I was no longer in the dark, but 10 years? come on, I was not happy about that, all the waiting lists, all the unanswered questions, if we would have gotten answers sooner, it probably would have been easier to work with her.
Anyhow, She is a huge joy with a smile on her face that brightens up any room. A little Comedian, loves the drama and music, I know she will go far in her life as she gets older, and make almost everyone in her life feel good. The Goddess has definitely given me a very special child to take care of and nurture and I promise I will do whatever it takes to keep my girls safe and happy.
